Pauline Annettia Triplett of Springfield went to be with the Lord on March 21, 2018. She was 95. Pauline was born November 7, 1922 to James and Nellie (Nelson) Oliver in Gastonia, North Carolina.
On December 12, 1942 Pauline married Buster Triplett in Durham, North Carolina. They spent 60 years together and had 9 children, before his passing in 2002.
Pauline worked in an airplane factory in Baltimore, Maryland before moving to Oregon in 1962.
Pauline had a passion for gardening and loved cooking and making up new recipes. She was a story teller and loved sharing stories from her childhood. Pauline was a devoted Christian woman and loved to share her wisdom and relationship of God with others, especially when she taught Sunday school each week. You could see God shine through her as she helped others through their problems. She never turned anyone away; she was always there for everyone who needed her.
She is survived by her children and lots and lots of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren. Her memory and stories will live on for generations to come.
