Both of my parents and now my son's remains have been handled by Major Family Funeral Home. Our family was devastated by the unexpected loss of my son. Todd and Joy provided excellent help and support in very difficult times for us. They are caring professionals who will bend over backwards to help the family through a very difficult process. There is a good reason they have a 5 star rating. You will not find better service in Lane County and its surronds.

OUTSTANDING!! Simply OUTSTANDING. My father recently passed. It was at the beginning of all of the uncertainty of COVID-19. We constantly had to reschedule ths graveside service. Joy was absolutely wonderful to work with. It may sound cliche', but she felt almost like family. I had to remind myself she wasn't. She was very helpful every step along the way, and worked closely with all involved...newspaper, programming, pastor, etc. I highly recommend them. I honestly feel I can't thank them enough. Thank you Joy and staff.

I’m writing to let you know we have been doing business with Major Family Funeral Home for the past twenty years, and we would not take our business any where else, they treat you like family and will help with your obituaries if you need them too. They help us with our daughter and grandson and even got the graves for us , also had their headstone done. I’m a 30 year retiree from LCC. I have sent other people to them and they all felt the same way as we do. They will work with you in prices and your insurance. For what you get, I don’t think you can beat their prices or treatment.
